If you want to channel anger into motivation and build your empire at a blistering pace, you need to realize one thing: you can’t build a kingdom while operating in a coma.
You have to wake up.
And here is a truth so massive you could see it from Mars:
We are living in a world full of functional zombies – people who aren’t truly awake, just sleepwalking through life.
And it happens because they numb their emotional pain through cheap dopamine sources all day long.
We have more abundance and opportunity than ever in human history.
Yet, we are trapped in a web of bad habits.
The result? Continuous brain fog, low energy, and zero motivation.
This must stop right this second!
You know it.
That’s why you’re on this page.
Now, before we get into the meat of this article, I owe you an apology.
I haven’t published anything in the last 30 days.
Here’s why.
I wanted to finish a course on productivity and daily execution, the kind that teaches you how to execute no matter how you feel. I thought it was best to put my head down, laser-focus, and launch it fast.
The reality?
This course is taking way longer than expected.
So, today, I decided to stop this nonsense.
I’m doing both.
From now on, 50% of my spare time goes into writing articles like this one, and the rest goes into finishing that course.
I don’t have a launch date yet.
All you need to know is that I’m building something that will completely change the game for a lot of people.
That being said, let’s get back to business.
Yesterday was Sunday.
I usually spend 4 to 5 hours outdoors on my days off, so I went for a walk around the city, then headed out into nature.
As I was leaving a supermarket, this billboard slapped me right in the face:

The message on it was advertising a Romanian wine called Prahova Valley. Translated simply, it said: “Pour up a drink and drown your sorrows!”
The ad is funny.
But it’s also the tragic daily reality of the average person worldwide.
Henry David Thoreau hit the nail right on the head when he said: “The mass of men lead lives of quiet desperation. What is called resignation is confirmed desperation.”
Anyone can try to convince me otherwise. They will fail.
Most people, probably over 90% of the global population, live in quiet desperation.
They live a mediocre, painful life, operating way below their true potential.
They live hand to mouth instead of living with passion.
And to forget this brutal reality, this massive crowd drowns their sorrows using alcohol, just like that billboard tells them to, or a thousand other modern, legal drugs.
Yes, I’m talking about digital drugs too. Pornography, video games, endless scrolling.
Things that anesthetize your mind and body.
Things that make you forget, just for a moment, that you don’t have anything you actually want.
Things that turn you into a tiny, obedient resource inside the Matrix.
Now, don’t get me wrong.
I am not pointing fingers. I am not perfect. I am no saint.
Not long ago, I was that exact guy. I was anesthetizing myself daily with every possible thing.
I flooded my system with cheap dopamine like there was no tomorrow: movies, alcohol, junk food, porn, video games.
Anything to forget for a few moments that my life was complete garbage.
But somehow, I woke up.
I realized that sedating myself non-stop and sitting like a vegetable on the couch wasn’t fixing anything.
So I left all those drugs behind – both the dietary and the digital ones.
I started to feel everything in the raw.
I looked exactly at where I was and I transformed a few minutes of pure fury into a single decision that changed everything.
That is exactly what you need to do.
If your life is not where you want it to be, stop feeling sorry for yourself.
Most people are in the exact same ditch.
The difference between them and you? They do nothing to change it.
The fact that you are reading this blog already separates you from the pack.
But now, it’s time to execute.
Stop letting your reptilian brain run on autopilot – stealing your focus, your intelligence, and your drive.
Drop the screens. Drop the junk food. Drop the alcohol and every other drug.
Feel everything in the raw – everything you hate about your current life.
Get angry. Seriously, get furious.
Just don’t stay in that emotion for too long, or you’ll fry your nervous system and slip into depression.
Use that anger as fuel.
Use it to make a radical decision, or a series of decisions, that will completely shift the trajectory of your life.
Once you make that decision, write down a concrete plan of action for at least the next 90 days.
Then, start working on it immediately.
And understand this: a decision without action equals zero.
Actually, it’s worse – it’s just a bad joke.
But the exact second you start executing the plan written down, that decision gains power.
It becomes the perfect tool to rewrite your identity. It becomes an unshakeable commitment to your future.
That being said, always keep this at the forefront of your mind: success comes from action.
Action comes from a firm decision, and making sound decisions requires a mind that is not sedated with cheap dopamine.
So, the more I think about it, most people have a life that sucks because of two things:
- They don’t even realize they are constantly sedating themselves with cheap dopamine, which kills their motivation, initiative, and productivity.
- They have never formed the habit of making decisions.
In his book Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill dedicated an entire chapter strictly to decision.
He explained clearly that millionaires and highly successful people share one major habit: they make decisions fast, and they change them very slowly, if at all.
Maybe you don’t want to become a millionaire. Maybe you don’t want to build empires or change the planet.
Even so, if you want to massively upgrade your life, you cannot keep doing the same things on autopilot.
You must stop letting your reptilian brain control you.
Cut off all cheap dopamine sources right now.
Make at least one rock-solid decision to change everything.
And persist until you hit your target – until you win.
Most people quit like idiots right before the opposition fades away. Don’t be one of them.
Cut the cheap dopamine. Feel the pain, get furious, and convert that rage into a definitive 90-day battle plan. Then, execute until you hit the mark.
Do this, and your life will change. Period.
And on that note – kill perfectionism however you can.
I launched this article exactly as it is, knowing I could improve it. I did it intentionally to crush my own useless perfectionism.
If you want to succeed faster, do the same. Launch things when they are at 70%. Don’t wait for 100%.
You can always iterate and improve them later.
By doing this, you will be lightyears ahead of everyone else in your niche.
Most people waste months overthinking and tinkering with a single piece of content or a product, simply because they are terrified of judgment and imperfection.
Meanwhile, execution-focused people are bombarding the internet with articles, videos, and new products. They are building momentum, creating success, and making a fortune in the process, while you are still editing the same damn sentence for the hundredth time out of fear.
Kill that fear now. Publish often at 70%.
Make it a habit to publish before you think it’s ready and act before you think you’re ready.
If you wait for the perfect time, you’ll be waiting forever.
